I am going crazy

I feel like lately all I ever do is clean up one mess after another, feed one hungry person after another ranging in ages from 35 to 2 years old, while constantly trying to be nice and not loose my patience. Tonight all of the kids were SCREAMING at me because I got the wrong movie from red box. We just got back from eating dinner and they all want me to make them something to eat. Ya know it has just been one of those nights...I was thinking about one of my favorite scriptures so I thought I would share it with you. (In case any of you are feeling like I am these past few days) It is found in 1 Nephi 21;14-16 Behold I will not forget thee...I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me... So this is VERY comforting to me to know that I am not alone. Even when I feel like climbing into bed and not coming out until the kids all go to school.

One of my friends had this on her blog, I liked it so much I had to post it on mine.

So we have a new president of the United States of America. I will have to be honest and say that he was not our choice for President and we were disappointed at midnight when we saw the polls. But even though he was not my pick for president, he IS our new President of the United States, he will have my respect as long as he is in office. I might disagree with some if his opinions and my congressmen will hear of them, and thats ok, but I will respect him as a President. He will have 4 years to prove himself and to show us what his plans are for our country. But we have to be united in supporting our president if we want to succeed as a country. I love my country and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else and I am going to try and give my support and my help in being more proactive in my neighborhood, city, and state and being more vocal about changes in our country.Being supportive doesn't necessarily mean you have to agree with the bill or law or proposed law, it means being vigilant of the issues going on today. It means speaking up when you don't agree on a law or a bill that is going through, it means calling your congressmen and being proactive. But let us all be united in making a better future. On that note, I also wanted to comment on what a historical day it was for us and a huge leap forward in having our first African American President Elected. This is an amazing day and age in where we truly are seeing equality. To a new President ....-Cat-

trick or treat

This trick or treater had the most fun of all. She ran from house to house and was at the front of the line waiting for candy. I loved it, I love watching my baby and enjoying every minute of it, knowing that she is my last. I'd better just enjoy it, because she will be grown up before I know it.

Halloween w/ the Austin Family

Halloween is my favorite holiday of all.

1. We get to dress up(even though I rarely get to because I am too buisy getting everyone ready)

2. It all revolves around CHOCOLATE!!!!

3. Not nearly as stressful as Thanksgiving or Christmas.

4.It is just plain FUN!!!

5.My husband gets to dress like a hot hula dancer!!!
How do you like the costumes??? I made Syd's and Payson's and Jon's "naugahide" jacket and pouch. They all turned out so well I was very pleased.
