My friend Vera and I have been canning this summer. We did apricot jam, unfortunately this is all I have left. Vera's jam didn't turn out so I gave her 3 of my bottles. I can't wait to do it next year. We also made salsa. It turned out so good. I have about 16 jars of salsa. I don't think it will last a year but maybe through out the winter.

YUMMMY!!! I'm soooo jealous, I wanted to make salsa this year! I think I still might too!! But I don't know how!! Those look so good!! I want to know how to make Jam and do Salsa!! Maybe we should have a canning party!! I like that idea!

Way to go girl! I am so impressed, your jars look beautiful. I have never made salsa, but love that homemade stuff, you never cease to amaze me.
